Fostering an environment of Belonging
We endeavour to foster an environment of belonging, where everyone counts and contributes.
We treat others as we wish to be treated. We are polite and show courtesy in our daily interactions with our colleagues and our residents. All roles and people are treated with respect.
We are inclusive and empathetic towards all our colleagues and residents and bring our ‘fun loving spirit’ to all we do.
We communicate openly, honestly and transparently, using kind and clear language with consideration for our colleagues and our residents. We Listen.
We help each other to deliver the best standard of care possible, going above and beyond our normal duties for the benefit of our residents.
We actively acknowledge and support our colleagues hard work and dedication. We share information between departments. We respect each others roles and work together for the benefit of our residents.
