Supporting Recovery in a Safe, Private Environment

Our facility is purpose-built to the highest standards to enable the delivery of expert care in a comfortable, secure setting.

The facility provides a private space — not open to the public — where individuals can focus on recovery and well-being after a hospital stay. It is a step-down environment designed to bridge the gap between hospital and home, with personalised care and rehabilitation support.

Types of Care

Rehabilitation Care equips individuals with the tools to live life to the fullest, helping them regain skills, abilities, or knowledge lost due to illness, injury, or disability. Orthopaedic Rehabilitation focuses on tailored treatments for musculoskeletal injuries, diseases, or surgeries, aiming to correct limitations and alleviate pain.

Convalescent Care provides short-term support from skilled professionals to help individuals recover from illness, surgery, or injury. The goal is to restore independence and strength so patients can manage without support after discharge.

We ensure patients experience comfort and dignity in their final days while providing compassionate support to their families in bereavement. This is facilitated with the help of Our Lady’s Hospice and Care Services.

Step-Down Care caters to patients whose acute medical or surgical care is complete but who are not yet ready to return home. We offer transitional care for patients awaiting home care packages, long-term care, or home care grants.
